I needed a dentist in a rush today and found KOP dental on Google. The receptionist on the phone actually made me excited to come in! I needed X-rays, a cleaning, and an exam. Each member of their team was absolutely wonderful. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at King of Prussia Dental Associates! Dr. Rapine and his staff were fantastic. For someone like myself who has always been hesitant about dentistry work and the pain involved, it was critical for me to make sure that the staff understood my concern. Dr. Rapine took the time read moreto walk me through my options during my initial consultation, recommended a course of action and most importantly seemed to honestly care about my concerns throughout the entire process. I am here to say that after my first procedure, Dr. Rapine and his team more than lived up to their commitment and my difficult expectations. The entire staff have a great "chair side" manor so to speak and I would recommend this practice to even the most squeamish of patients!

Let me start off by saying it was a blessing finding this dental practice. Being an Africa American male you get nervous when you go places in this time that are predominately white. When I walked into the practice everyone was all smiles. Which was heartwarming and read moreit made me feel a little comfortable about getting a root canal done. When I went back I was greeted by Joanne who is probably one of the best grandmom’s I have ever met. She talked to me about sports and her amazing grandson who I think maybe a pro one day. Dr. Soffin was just every bit of amazing. You can feel his energy just from the way he speaks to people. He was very nice and humble and he explained my procedure and had images to show me what would happen. In 37 years of life, I have never gone to the dentist and never walked out pain free.
